Great staff always friendly, second time staying for work and the customer service is top tier. The location is perfect for my drive to work.
Stayed over Christmas since we were in town seeing family for the holiday. Staff was pleasant to deal with. The location was good very easy to get on and off highway. Rooms were clean and straightened up each day even on Christmas Day which I was surprised. We had one hick up but it was taken care off with no issues. I will definitely stay again when we are back in town.
I stayed here the night before a conference and give the hotel two thumbs up. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient, and the lobby was wide open and nicely decorated. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was basic but sufficient and—oh, the joy—they had oat milk!!!!!!!! I travel quite a bit and seeing a nondairy milk option is so very welcome. The only two things I noted for potential improvement are the lack of light in the room and that the room was a bit stuffy. I’d gladly stay here again.
Fairfield Inn & Suites was the perfect place for my aunt and grandma to stay during their trip to meet their great-nephew and grandson. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcomingbeverything you’d hope for during a special family visit. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, which made their stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would absolutely recommend it to others!
Wonderful staff, front desk, maintenance, house keeping all super friendly and approachable. Located in a great location around so many stores, restaurants and such. Definitely recommend. They even have conference space. We attended a party in the conference space while we were here, it was a comfortable room. Very happy customers.
A very nice short stay. Room was more comfortable than some Marriotts I’ve stayed in. The property looks new in spite of being 8 years old. Staff couldn’t be more pleasant and breakfast was well stocked and tasty.
This hotel was fabulous. The staff was very friendly, accomodating of needs, and helpful. The breakfast was great! Our room was spacious (as spacious as post with two small boys with me) and kept very tidy during our stay. Hats off to them!
The beds were comfy. Smells excellent inside. No rift raft in the parking lot. And the breakfast was delectable! Sue the cook was more than helpful. 5 stars. She went above and beyond to make sure I had the best dining experience. Kudos Sue. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a reasonably priced comfortable stay.
